Ferienwohnung Calandablick, Parpan

Scope

These terms apply to the rental of Ferienwohnung Calandablick in Parpan by [BITTE AUSFÜLLEN: Impressum Name] (landlord) to the guest (tenant). Swiss law applies. In case of doubt the German version prevails.

Request and contract

A request via the website is not binding. We hold the requested dates for you for 3 days. The contract is concluded when we confirm the booking by email.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include final cleaning, bed linen and towels. The tourist tax is shown separately and paid to the municipality of Churwalden.
Tourist tax per night: adults CHF 4.50, children (6 bis 12 Jahre) CHF 2.25, small children (unter 6 Jahren) free.
The full amount is due within 10 days of confirmation. Payment is made by bank transfer quoting the booking number. If payment is not received on time, we may withdraw from the contract after a reminder.
No deposit is charged.

Cancellation by the guest

Cancellations must be made in writing (email is sufficient). The date of receipt is decisive. The following cancellation fees apply:
- 60 days or more before arrival: free of charge
- 30 to 59 days before arrival: 50 % of the rental price
- less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: 100 % of the rental price

If the apartment can be let to someone else for the cancelled period, the fees will be reduced accordingly. The tourist tax and the deposit are always refunded in full. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Arrival, departure and occupancy

Arrival from 16:00, departure by 10:00. The apartment may be occupied by a maximum of 6 people plus one infant in the baby cot. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets only by prior arrangement.

Care and liability

The guest treats the apartment and its contents with care and reports any damage immediately. The guest is liable for damage caused by them or their party. We are not liable for events beyond our control (for example weather, snow conditions, operation of the mountain railways, construction work nearby).

Withdrawal by the landlord

If the apartment becomes uninhabitable for reasons beyond our control (for example water damage), we will refund all amounts already paid in full. Further claims are excluded.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the location of the rental property, unless the law provides otherwise.
