What data we process

When you send a request via the website, we process the details from the form: name, email address, phone number (optional), place of residence, travel dates, number of guests and your message. We use this data exclusively to answer your request, to handle the booking, to send you information about your stay and to account for the tourist tax.

Retention

We delete your email address and phone number 30 days after your departure. The details we need for accounting and the tourist tax (name, dates, number of guests, amounts) are kept for as long as the law requires.

Disclosure

We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required for the tourist tax towards the municipality. The website and emails are hosted by a provider in Switzerland.

Cookies and tracking

The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics services. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server. The administration area sets a technically necessary session cookie for logged-in hosts only.
